The fine Victorian building retains many period features and comprises six spacious self contained holiday flats, on ground, first and second floors.
Each flat has a large lounge / dining area with a TV and DVD, a kitchen with cooker, microwave and refrigerator. Flats 3, 5 and 7 have shower rooms. Flats 4, 6 and 8 have bathrooms with a shower attachment over the bath. Hot water is supplied to both the kitchen and bathroom by immersion heater. Each flat, sleeping 6, has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and 2 single bunks. All flats have uninterrupted panoramic sea views overlooking the beach, pier and the sunken gardens. Flats 3, 5 and 7 have the benefit of the octagonal bay.
Flat 4 on the ground floor sleeps 4, and has one double bed and one twin bedded room. All main bedrooms have a hand basin and shaver point. All flats are provided with pillows, duvets and blankets.
If you plan to bring your own linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers) please notify Mrs Hams when booking. Alternatively, linen can be hired for a charge of £7 per bed.
Just 400 metres from Cromer town centre, the bus and
railway stations, Suncourt Holiday flats are ideal for holidays any time of
year. Cromer is a bustling Victorian seaside town with a good range of shops
and plenty of places to eat. Try a Cromer Crab salad in one of the town's
many public houses, dine at one of the town's many restaurants, good old
fish and chips , Indian, Chinese or traditional English dishes, the choice
is yours. The town has a fine selection of food shops, local bakers,
butchers, green grocers and fish mongers, while the Morrison's superstore
next to the railway station is open seven days a week all year round.
Cromer's safe, sandy, 'Blue Flag' award beach is easily accessible. Take a stroll along the promenade or visit the Lifeboat station at the end of the pier and while you are there book up for the world famous 'End of The Pier Show.' Or just relax, let the children play and build their sandcastles while you enjoy warm summer sunshine.
Suncourt Holiday Flats has a private car park with spaces for one car per flat. This is a great asset as on street parking is becoming increasingly difficult. Cars are parked entirely at owners risk.
Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
Payment for electricity is by £1 coin operated meter. Heating is by electric fire. All flats are served by an external fire escape.
Cromer is a great place for holidays any time of year. There are miles of footpaths and circular walks and plenty of sports and places to visit. Enjoy a round of golf at Royal Cromer Golf Club, go horse riding at West Runton, or swim at the leisure centre in Sheringham. Take a trip to the Norfolk Broads or visit the City of Norwich. Ride on a steam train, hire a bike and discover the many 'quiet lanes' and cycle routes. Enjoy a game of pitch and putt, try your hand at bowls in North Lodge Park.
